Normally, perkedel is made of mashed potatoes, however there are some modifications and perkedel also can be made of tofu and so on.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;Ingridients:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;ol&gt;   &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;1. 1 kgs of potatoes, cut into 4 or for size, deep friend and mashed&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;   &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;1/4 kgs of ground beef (or you can use canned beef which already cooked and ready to use)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;   &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;Fresh ground pepper to taste&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;   &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;Salt to taste&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;   &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;1/4 cup of parsley leaves, chopped (or use the flake parsley if the parsley leaves not available)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;   &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;1 lg Egg&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;   &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;1 lg Egg (use the white part) to cover perkedel before deep frying&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;   &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;2 cloves of shallots&lt;br /&gt;   &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;   &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;2 cloves of garlic&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;   &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;2 tb of vegetable oil, plus more for deep frying&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ol&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt; How to make :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ol&gt;   &lt;li&gt;Preheat the wok, add 2 tbs of vegetable oil, and add the ground beef, cook the beef until the colour turn to brown (until it cooked), put aside;&lt;br /&gt; &lt;/li&gt;   &lt;li&gt;Ground the shallot and garlic, put aside;&lt;/li&gt;   &lt;li&gt;Mix the mashed potatoes, ground beef, the mixed shallots and garlic, parsley leaves and egg;&lt;/li&gt;   &lt;li&gt;Form the mixed of mashed potatoes into 10-15 balls and flatten into cakes to 1 inch thick, then set on a tray;&lt;br /&gt; &lt;/li&gt;   &lt;li&gt;Prepare the wok, pour the vegetable oil for a deep fried of the perkedel;&lt;br /&gt; &lt;/li&gt;   &lt;li&gt;Beat the egg, use the white part to cover each perkedel before frying;&lt;/li&gt; &lt;ol&gt;   &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;350 gr Medium Egg noodles&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;   &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;100 gr diced chicken fillet&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;   &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;50 gr fresh shrimps (cooked shrimp if you like)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;   &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;1 large egg&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;   &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;1 medium onion, diced&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;   &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;2 cloves garlic, crushed&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;   &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;1 carrot, shredded&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;   &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;1 green onion, diagonally diced&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;   &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;1/8 of cabbage, diced&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;   &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;2 stalk of bok choy (caisim)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;   &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;1 small bowl of beansprout&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;   &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;3 to 5 tbs of sweet soy sauce (or to your taste)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;   &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;1 tsp fish sauce&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;   &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;3 tbs vegetable oil&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;   &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;Pepper and salt to tast&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ol&gt;                                            &lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;How to make:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;ol&gt;   &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;Boil the noodles, using the instructions on the packet. Rinse and set aside;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;   &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;Heat your wok and add the vegetable oil. Stir-fry garlic for and the diced onion1 minute;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;   &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;Beat the egg and scrambled, add the shrimp and cook a while until the color of the shrimp turn to red.
